Participation in the conference is free. Coffee breaks, lunches and the festive meal on Thursday evening are covered by the organization of the conference. However, for better preparation of the forum and to limit waste, we ask that you register before
May 12, 2023  May 19, 2023.

You can register online using the following procedure:

1. create a sciencesconf.org account using the button at the top right of this page OR log in if you already have an account;
2. once you are logged in, click on the link below or on "Register" in the "Connected space" section of the left sidebar and follow the instructions.

You can modify your registration  before the 19th of May by connecting you on your scienceconf.org account. 

Grants for young researchers

We offer financial aid for a limited number of young researchers (Phd students, post-docs) who need support to cover transport and/or accommodation costs. Please contact Arnaud Rousselle (arnaud.rousselle[at]u-bourgogne.fr) if you are interested.
